The system will automatically change status of an order from Pending or Printed to a Completed/Paid, Refunded or Voided status.  This occurs once a payment has been applied, Order is Voided Prior to Payment, or If an order was refunded after payment.


The system will also automatically change the status of an Order that has been assigned to a delivery driver using the Android or iOS delivery driver application.  (i.e. Redfox Driver).  


You can manually change the status of orders without utilizing the delivery driver application by following the below steps:


To Change the Status of Order:

  1. Click Order History
  2. Scroll and Select Order (On the left)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details 
  4. Select Status from the Drop Down Menu



Order Statuses:


Pending - Order(s) entered through the POS or Online Ordering website that have not been confirmed as Print. 


Printed -  Order(s) entered through the POS or Online Ordering website that have been confirmed as Print.


In Preparation - Manual Status (Optional)


Ready - Selecting this status for a Delivery Order will trigger the Driver Selection Drop down Menu.   Once a driver is assigned to an order, the order will be sent to the delivery driver app, the driver will then Start the order.   This can also be used as an Optional manual status if you're not using the delivery driver application to complete the order.  


On the Way - Once a Driver Starts an Order from the Delivery Driver App, the status will change to On the Way.  This can also be used as an Optional manual status if you're not using the delivery driver application to complete the order.   


Completed - Final status of an order once it has been Paid, Picked-up or Delivered through the POS.   Orders will also reach a completed status once the Delivery Driver marks the order as Finished.
