Send SMS marketing messages to one or all registered customers.


To Send an SMS Marketing message

  1. Select Marketing
  2. Select One or Multiple Customers, Placing a check in the box next to the customers name or Select All
  3. Select Send SMS
  4. Enter SMS Text Message (up to 160 Characters)
  5. Select Send


Send Email marketing messages to one or all registered customers.


To Send an Email Marketing message

  1. Select Marketing
  2. Select One or Multiple Customers, Placing a check in the box next to the customers name or Select All
  3. Select Send Email
  4. Enter Email Subject 
  5. Enter Email Message
  6. Browse and Attached file if applicable
  7. Select Send


Customers can leave 1-5 Star reviews directly from their online ordering account.  Once a review has been submitted by a customer, you will immediately receive an email reminder to login to your restaurant back office account in order to Accept, reject or delete a review.  Reviews with the highest number of ratings will appear on the home page of your online ordering site.


To Accept, Reject or Delete Customer review.

  1. Select Marketing
  2. Select Reviews
  3. Double Click on the Review
  4. Select Delete, Accept or Reject 

   

To Edit Customer record

  1. Select Marketing
  2. Search for Customer on the List
  3. Double Click on Customer record
  4. Select Edit
  5. Update Customer record
  6. Select Save


To View Customer Order Count

  1. Select Marketing
  2. Search for Customer on the List
  3. See Orders field next to customer name.
