In the event the internet goes offline, the unit selected will contain the Pending orders from the recall section.  While employees will still be able to use all other units to process new orders while offline, the selected offline server unit will be the only unit that contains any pending orders while online.  Therefore, any open orders will need to be Paid out on the selected unit, until the internet is back online. 


To Set Default Offline Server

  1. Select Back Office
  2. Enter Manager Passcode
  3. Select Station Settings
  4. Select Set Default Off-Line Server (switch will change to green)
  5. Click OK
