To Add Item Preferences

  1. Click Edit Menu 
  2. Click Menu Setup
  3. Highlight Menu from the List
  4. Click the Magnify glass under view category
  5. Click the Preferences Tab #5
  6. Click New Preferences
  7. Add Preference Group Name (The Question)
  8. Add Description (Optional)
  9. Add New Preference (The Answers)
  10. Click Add
  11. Then repeat step 9 and 10 until all Answers are listed.
  12. Click Save

Now the Preference will be available to add to any item.  You can also add a new preferences when you are creating an item. Preferences can be used across multiple items.


To Edit Item Preferences

  1. Click Edit Menu 
  2. Click Menu Setup
  3. Click the Preferences Tab #5
  4. Double Click on the Preference you want to edit
  5. Click Edit, Update the Preference Group Name. (You can also remove a preference option and add a new option).
  6. Click Save


To Delete Item Preferences

  1. Click Edit Menu 
  2. Click Menu Setup
  3. Click the Preferences Tab #5
  4. Double Click on the Preference you want to Delete
  5. Click Delete
  6. Confirm Preference Deletion.    


Important Note:  Once a preference has been deleted, it will be removed from any associated items.  This will be permanent and can not be undeleted.
